a refund or exchange on any dress purchased in
person from the shop.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our service
and just want you to be happy! A full refund is
available on any items or goods purchased online
from our store, if they do not meet your expectations.We
have very little returned to us, but if you are
disappointed simply return it to us within 7 days
of receipt and we will either exchange it for
you or refund your card. We will not refund your
postage costs unless the order is damaged or faulty.
Your
statutory rights are not affected.

shop hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
Outside these hours there is an answerphone. Your
call will be returned asap.
We
strive to offer you the best customer service we
can. We welcome all feedback about our shop and
we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties
experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.
We
have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds
policy which means that most queries can be resolved
quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that
cannot be resolved immediately we will respond within
24 hours either resolving your complaint or with
an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.
Payment
Options
There
are two ways to pay for goods at Wowdancer;
Online
- You can use this site by adding products to your
virtual shopping bag and then use the secure checkout
process to pay for them with your credit or debit
card.
By
phone - You can order any of our products by calling
01823253777 and quoting the product name. We accept
Mastercard, VISA, Switch and Delta cards.
All
orders require pre-payment in full before goods
are despatched.
Prices
All
our prices are displayed in £ sterling and
are inclusive of Value Added Tax.
The
prices quoted on this website are mail order prices.
If you visit the shop you will notice that some
prices maybe higher - we feel sure that you will
understand that this is due to the great benefits
of having our personal unlimited service on hand
to assist in choosing and fitting items and the
use of changing rooms for trying on.
Delivery
and postage costs
Postage
and packing charges are calculated by the assistant
dealing with your order, and vary according to which
country you are ordering from. Orders are normally
dispatched from our store either that day or the
next unless they are temporarily out of stock. If
an item is out of stock and there is going to be
a delay, we will inform you and offer you a revised
delivery date, an alternative item or the option
to cancel the order.
Please
note that the postge costs include not only the
actual postage cost, but all other costs incurred
- labour time to download the order, pick the ordered
items, pack the ordered items, take the order to
the post office plus the actual packaging costs.
Postage
costs for dresses by special delivery
next day service - UK - £15
for 1 ITEM, £20 for 2 items.
Postage costs for shoes - UK
- £6 for 1 pair (yes it really does cost this!),
£9 for 2 pairs. 3+ pairs delivery cost will
be advised before despatch.
Delivery
for shoes will be by first class recorded post (needs
to be signed for) taking 2-3 days, or next day is
available at extra cost if required. Dresses will
be sent by special overnight delivery (needs to
be signed for).Please note that should you not be
available to sign for your goods, they will be stored
at your local parcelforce depot for seven days during
which time you must collect them. Should they not
be collected the goods will be returned to Wowdancer
and further postage must then be paid for them to
be resent.
Postage
costs - Europe and the rest of the world-
postage for each order will be advised seperately
by email before despatch.
Data
protection and Privacy Policy
Only
information collected by us about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) will
be used, and you will only be contacted if you have
either asked a question and require an answer, or
if you have placed an order. Your email or postal
address and details will never be passed to another
company.
Personal information that will be required when
ordering will be; Your name, address, phone number,
email address and credit/debit card details.
Any information held about you can be checked or
updated at any time by contacting us by either email,
post or telephone.

Complaints Handling Procedure
We sincerely hope you will not need to complain,
but in the event you should wish to do so we will
deal with any complaints received fairly and confidentially.
Acknowledgement of any complaint will be made within
5 working days, and a likely timescale for resolving
the dispute will be given. You will be kept informed
about progress. Please direct any communication
in writing either by email or post to Wowdancer
Customer Service Dept, 18 Bridge Street, Taunton,
Somerset, TA11UB, UK.
Unsolicited
Email
You will only be contacted by email if either you
have asked a question and require a reply, or you
have placed an order in which case you will automatically
receive a confirmation email.
Site Security
Any information you enter into this site is fully
encrypted during transit so your credit card details
are totally secure. If you still feel worried you
can order by phone (01823 253777) and give your
credit card details on the phone.
Prices
Although
we make every effort to maintain prices, they may
be subject to alteration without prior notice.
Returns
Policy
You
should satisfy yourself that you wish to keep the
item before removing tags or disposing of any packaging
which includes hanger, tissue, poly bag wrapping
and box.
If
you wish to return an item, you will need to contact
the store by phoning 01823253777and obtaining a
Returns Number.
RETURNS
WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER
OBTAINED FROM US AND DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF
THE PARCEL.
The
returns number procedure helps us both - please
do not return an item without one as it will delay
any refund and could mean your return is refused.
Items
will only be accepted for return strictly within
7 days of date of receipt (the day you signed for
the parcel) and in new condition with all tags attached
in the original packaging. Self adhesive bra products,
dress covers, gown covers, slimming and firming
pants and other intimate products cannot be returned.
Return
the item to us making sure it is packed carefully.
We thoroughly recommend using an insured and trackable
service such as Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special
Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods
lost in transit to us.
Upon
receipt of the item returned, in new condition,
we will refund the purchase price via the initial
payment method, less the original carriage charge.
Should you wish to exchange for another size, postage
and packing will apply to the exchange item.
Refunds
are normally completed within 7 days after the item
has been returned.
Items
returned in an unsaleable condition e.g. with tags
missing, cover or packet missing, make up stains,
alterations, signs of wear, damage, smelling of
smoke, perfume, body odour or any other odour not
associated with a new garment or returned outside
of 5 working days, will be returned to the sender
and no refund will be issued. If we need to steam
press an item due to poor packaging, a charge of
£10 will be deducted from the refund. Please
do not embarrass us or yourself by returning a garment
which has been worn.
Please
rest assured that all our items are fully inspected
for damages before leaving our premises.
Retention
of Title
All
goods will remain the property of Wowdancer until
paid for in full by the customer.
Trade
Description Act
Whilst
every care is taken to describe the products accurately,
customers should satisfy themselves that the product
meets their requirements. Wowdancer reserves the
right to amend specifications on all items without
prior notice. We also reserve the right to remove
any item from sale without prior notice.
